Paul was thrilled to attend the Believe in the Brave breakfast and complimented Marcy and Kathy on their work to make a successful event.
Kathy was happy granddaughter Grace won the Optimist Club speech contest. She goes to the World Competition in July. She is only 14 and competed against 18-year olds. She was also happy about confirmation. Grace chose Saint Katherine of Alexandria, Saint of Librarians and Scholars. She is an avid reader. Charlie was inducted into the Honor Society.
Christie was happy the rain washed her car for her.
Sue was happy about the wonderful day we had for tree planting yesterday. We were done in an hour!
Randy had a sad dollar. The jeopardy leader lost after a 5-game streak.

Aidan had a successful bake sale for the food pantry. They raised $1,000. They received $300 for a beautiful bench. With silent auction, raffles the total was $2,400. They will apply $700 toward the garden. Baked goods that weren't sold were donated to Christian Care. He brought Old Town Bakery cookies to the meeting to share. Yum! Thank you for your generosity Aidan!
